Zaynab Holland (she/her) joins the Federation as a nonprofit operations and data enthusiast with a passion for making systems work better for people. With a BA in Global Studies from Long Island University Brooklyn, Zaynab’s career has focused on optimizing database management, driving member engagement, and supporting diverse communities. Based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, Zaynab has applied her skills across museums and international research settings, always with a commitment to enhancing how organizations connect with their communities. Outside of work, Zaynab enjoys film, theatre, travel, and recently picked up tennis as a new hobby. She’s excited to continue supporting and enhancing the Federation’s efforts in engaging members and optimizing data systems to drive the mission forward.
