Theresa is a humanities professional committed to sharing her passion for data narratives, outcomes mapping, and systems change to help expand the understanding of the state and jurisdictional humanities councils’ collective impact. Her recent work has been heavily focused on leading direct assistance and capacity building programs for member councils, while developing new infrastructure and strategies to support the mission of the council member organization. Prior to joining the Federation in 2022 as Senior Manager of Data & Evaluation, she directed the Smithsonian Museum on Main Street, Grants, and evaluation programs for Maryland Humanities, collaborating with numerous partners, rural organizations, and grantees statewide. Theresa holds an MA in Museum Studies from Johns Hopkins University and a BA in Art History from the University of Hawai`i at Mānoa.
