The Alabama Humanities Foundation will host 30 schoolteachers from across the country from July 8-28 for an intensive study of the history and legacy of the civil rights movement in Alabama. This program, part of the NEH 2018 Summer Institutes for Teachers, is designed for teachers to expand their knowledge base while honing subject-specific teaching skills.
