Quick Grants are awarded for local public humanities projects where participants are invited to discuss or otherwise engage with humanities topics and themes. Quick Grants may also be used for consultants to assist in planning public humanities projects and/or preparing a Competitive Grant application. This is only for first-time applicants, with a $500 maximum award. Funds for Quick Grants are made possible through the National Endowment for the Humanities and the State of Utah.
Quick Grants are awarded up to $1,500. Grants are reviewed by UH staff on a rolling basis, and applications must be received at least 6 weeks before the program begins. Click here to view past and current awardees.
