The Shared Stories reader’s theater series engages audiences with timely topics through the voices of the past. Each script was created using excerpts from historical letters, diaries, reports, documents, and newspaper articles. Discussion questions are included to lead a group in conversation following the script reading. These scripts are written for use by libraries, museums, art centers, senior centers, and high school or college classrooms. Historians have reviewed all scripts.
